Facebook 1: Business Basics

Look at effective ways to use businesses for Facebook. In this sesson you'll discover the important differences between Personal Accounts, Pages, and Business Accounts. Find out about the features available for your business page, such as contests, applications, and groups.You'll also learn how to create Facebook ads.


Facebook 2: Hands-on Skills

Set up your business Facebook page with a supportive social media coach nearby. In this hands-on session, you'll set up your page, customize it for your business, and learn tips for engaging your audience.


Video 1: Business Basics

Curious about to how to make online videos work for your business? This session shows how YouTube and Vimeo videos can support business goals, and how easy it is to set up your free accounts.


Video 2: Hands-on Skills

Get started making your own videos. You'll learn the basics of making a short video, how to upload it to your account on YouTube or Vimeo, and ways to promote your videos through social media. 


Twitter 1: Business Basics

Harness the power of Twitter for your business. In this session, you'll discover the many ways that businesses are using Twitter for market research, customer service, and more.


Twitter 2: Hands-on Skills

In this sesson, you'll set up your Twitter account, learn who to follow, and try out tools that make it easy to support your Twitter feed.


LinkedIn 1: Business Basics

LinkedIn is the social media tool for professionals. Learn how you can use LinkedIn for sales, marketing, hiring, and more. In this session, you'll also learn how to build your network without being intrusive.

 

LinkedIn 2: Hands-on Skills

In this hands-on session, you'll set up a basic profile, either for yourself or for your business, learn tips for turning it into a "power profile" to support your business goals, and take an extended tour of the valuable features on the site so you can use it to network for your business. 


Social Media Specifics: Strategies for YOUR Business

Start with our flowchart to determine the best social media strategies for your business, then create a custom calendar to schedule your social media activity. The best tools for monitoring and managing social media will be introduced.
